Robotic Glass Jar Depalletising Solution
Axymatic delivers a high-performance robotic depalletising system designed for gentle and efficient handling of various glass jar formats. This versatile solution feeds glass jars directly to production lines while seamlessly managing cardboard interlayers, ensuring smooth integration into high-demand packaging environments.
Glass Jars Depalletizing
This advanced multi-format depalletising system carefully removes layer after layer of glass jars from incoming pallets. Equipped with a specialised gripper, the robot lifts and places jars of different sizes and types onto conveyors feeding one or more production lines.
The design prioritises gentle handling to protect delicate glass packaging, while delivering high-speed operation, consistent throughput and minimal risk of breakage, which significantly boosts overall line productivity.
Cardboard Handling
The same robotic system effortlessly manages cardboard separator sheets between jar layers using retractable hooks and integrated suction cups.
It safely removes and neatly stacks the interlayers at a dedicated discharge station, keeping the workspace clear and enabling uninterrupted depalletising cycles.
This dual-capability approach eliminates manual intervention, enhances operational safety and reduces downtime in fast-paced production settings.
Integrated Robotic Cell
The complete cell features a single high-precision robot serving multiple pallet locations, with separate discharge stations for glass jars and cardboard interlayers. The versatile gripper seamlessly switches between jar gripping and cardboard suction modes, providing full flexibility across product variations.
